Danielle Streckfus ~ Pastry Artist
Danielle grew up in Plant City, Florida, the winter strawberry capital of the world. Graduating with honors from Le Cordon Bleu in Orlando, Florida, she knew that a degree in Patisserie and Baking would be the perfect creative avenue. Since graduating, Danielle has had the opportunity to work for and learn from a few of the most talented pastry chefs in the country. From Naples, Florida to New Orleans, Louisiana, her love and excitement for cake decorating has only grown stronger. With high standards and a spirit for adventure, she relishes the idea that there is always something new to learn, and there are always techniques to perfect.
While planning her own wedding, Danielle met Jovana at a bridal show and knew that she had to book a tasting at The Artistic Whisk. The two hit it off immediately! Danielle was so impressed with Jovana’s professionalism and creative talent that she even told her husband she would one day work for her. Exactly one year later, Danielle officially joined The Artistic Whisk as a Pastry Artist.
